1. What are the known possible harmful chemical ingredients (SLS & SLES) that are often found in hair care products?
Two of the main surfactants usually found in shampoos are Sodium Lauryl Sulphate (SLS) and Sodium Laureth Sulphate (SLES) which are often found in most personal hair care products from shampoos, body washes, toothpastes etc. SLS and SLES which base is derived from Sulphate being a powerful cleanser strips off the body's natural oil which can cause the skin to be dry flaky and sometimes irritable. At Triple Tree, all our products are SLS and SLES free.

3. What do you mean by Eco-friendly hair care products?
Recyclable Packaging
Our products are packaged in 100% recyclable food grade glass bottles and we labeled them with biodegradable paper, commonly found on wine labels.
Natural Essential Oil Based
All our products are essential oil based that provides an extensive list of health benefits while tackling problems from their root causes.
Free from harmful chemicals
We safely assure you that our products are Sulphate Free, Ethanolamine Compounds (MEA, DEA, TEA) Free , Paraben Free, Fragrance Free, Mineral Oil Free and Phthalates Free!
4. What kind of hair care products do Triple Tree offer?
After more than a year of R&D and numerous formulation trials, we successfully created 3 different signature series to cater to different needs, and they are:
i) Nourishing & Moisturizing Series – suitable for normal, dry, damaged, chemical-treated & coloured hair.
ii) Calming & Rebalancing Series – suitable for oily & sensitive scalp
iii) Hair Loss Prevention Series – suitable for anti-hair fall needs.
5. Why have we chosen glass bottles and biodegradable paper?
We are Eco-friendly! More importantly, essential oils when exposed to UV rays/Sun light accelerates its natural Aroma degradation & Essential Oils may also be aggressive to many plastic materials, therefore to safely preserve the best aromatherapy experience for our customers, amber glass bottles became the optimum choice for our products.
We do plea to our customers to avoid rubbing the biodegradable labels when it is wet to preserve them a little longer, and we sincerely appreciate our customers to embark on our eco-friendly journey and go green with us!

Payment Method
Payment for orders should be made online with the payment options provided at checkout.
Shipping Orders
Orders are shipped out within 1-2 working days after payment confirmation. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you once your order has been shipped out successfully. The delivery duration will usually take 3 - 10 working days depending on courier provider and destination.

Return & Exchange Policy
